LISTING OF
INDIVIDUALS BARRED FROM TEAMSTERS UNION BY COURT MONITOR Teamsters Barred by IRB and IBT Investigation Officer through 5/2005 See Teamster Files Neither the Laborers UNION nor the LIUNA GEB ATTORNEY, Robert Luskin , provides to members an alphabetical listing of members barred from the union or from office. The Department of Labor does not provide the names of individuals it claims its efforts produced permanent injunctions barring 31 individuals from future dealing with employee benefit plans and the retirement or resignation of 51 plan trustees. v. CALASTRO et al. Last night at local 2's meeting, it was reported that LIUNA Inspector General Gow told local 2 that it was wrong for all local 2 business agents to receive gifts (hams and knives) from contractors and that it should not happen again. Didn't Local 2 Trustee Randy Dalton (Sept 2000-March 2001) and again as supervisor of local 2 in May 20002-Dec 2003 ever teach his appointees that it was unethical for a union representative in a fiduciary capacity to receive anything of value from an employer (not one red cent)?? And people wonder why LIUNA trusteeships and supervisions do not eliminate corruption. It's because members are not educated about their rights as well as their responsibilities, about ETHICS. |

of Scott Boidi who was removed by LIUNA from office in 2002.
Boidi, an avid Coia and Sabitoni supporter, is accused of
selling union cards, embezzling funds, mail fraud, witness
tampering. and dealing drugs on the Big Dig site. The same thing
goes on elsewhere but LIUNA does not have the funds to investigate
it. In a Chicago local, cards are sold to non members who are then
placed on the out of work list and referred out to union
contractors. These individuals then are hired for the first time by
a union contractor. What is the sense in reporting it when LIUNA
Inspector General Gow will not authorize an investigation. (lack of
funds? or protecting the guilty? are questions members

More later. Sons of mobsters, Armand Sabitoni, and son-in-laws of mobsters, Terrence Healy, will be re-elected to LIUNA office. Crimedawg does not consider it prudent to elect blood or legal relatives of known members/associates of organized crime to union office. Terry Healy's father in law, Angelo Fosco, was both a mob puppet and Chicago street crew boss for the Chicago Outfit. Crimedawg believes that Terrence Healy replaced mobster Joey Massa as LIUNA Chicago regional manager via appointment by mob puppet Arthur Coia and was apparently too stupid to recognize that his assistant regional manager, Bruno Caruso, son of mobster "Skids" Caruso was associated with organized crime or John Matassa, Jr. for that matter. Spare me the bullshit Terrence!. Crimedawg will express his opinions on this site and criticize the shortcomings and ineptitude of LIUNA officials as long as he pleases. Published LIUNA
Schedule 9 (Officer salaries and Expenses) for 2000 and LM-2 filed for 1999
which shows a fraudulent membership figure of 774,696. More LIUNA
Bullshit as we "calloused hands" Laborers say about the
effeminate "soft-hands" now serving as International
Officers. If you ever shook Armand Sabitoni's hands, you would
think you were shaking hands with a classy lady that never worked a
day in her life. How the hard working Laborers I know ever allowed
these fruits and vegetables to run their union is beyond my
comprehension.
Published pages 1 and 2 of 200 LM-2 filed by LIUNA under penalties of perjury (PDF file) wherein Provisional General President O'Sullivan perjures himself by stating LIUNA has 818,412 members , a bullshit figure that is fraudulent, deceptive and which McGough predicts, will get him indicted if he doesn't correct it promptly. He will not be indicted in Chicago but in the jurisdiction of a U.S. Attorney Jim knows well and trusts to prosecute corruption the GEB Attorney and the Northern Illinois U.S. Attorney overlook. Question 18 asks for the number of dues paying members. If that many pay dues, where is the money? McGough calls upon Inspector General Clouseau II to investigate. McGough is fighting the ability of local executive boards to appoint replacements to the executive board and have those appointments "approved" merely by an approval of the reading of the minutes that mention the appointments. That is not "a knowing approval" of officers who should be elected. The members should be able to see the appointee's rap sheet and drug tests results as well as his family tree to see what organized crime members or corrupt union officials the replacement is related to by blood, marriage, or criminal ties. Trial Board Charges heard yesterday by IHO against corrupt, undemocratic officers of Local 113, Milwaukee, Wisconsin where a Galioto was president in 1985 and where a Joe Massa is a favored member. Web Published Project Labor Agreement for Miller Park that was crafted by Milwaukee Building Trades Council President Balistrieri. See Hall report to Crime subcommittee on Balistrieri organized crime family. These are charges the GEB Attorney twice had mobster Angelo Fosco's stepson, Bruce Monaco, investigate and twice Bruce covered up the corruption "doing the right thing" ala Arthur Coia. McGough is bringing in the IRS and FBI into local 113 and will seek indictments ala Zeuberis in local 5 because the GEB Attorney can not be depended upon to investigate garden variety corruption like "blackballing", no show jobs, kickbacks, etc. See Mother Jones report . McGough reports Taft Hartley violations in Milwaukee WI local 113 to GEB Attorney, DOJ-OCRS, DOL-OIG, FBI, and law enforcement authorities who no longer will be able to monitor LIUNA officials with heat detection devices per Supreme Court. Video and radio broadcasting via internet of LIUNA officials activities not banned. Election Officer issues tepid order to LIUNA entities that they must provide IRS Form 990 to delegates when Federal regulation requires every 501 (c) entity to provide a copy of its 990 to any citizen requesting unless the entity web publishes report, a task CrimeDawg will do for free for any LIUNA entity that faxes its 990 report to 630-694-4496. Guess who asked the Election Officer to issue order. It wasn't Bobby "Count the Money" Bloch or Eddie "Conflict of interest" Hogan. |

Comments on measly, impotent solution proposed by Richard Saks
(Quindel's firm again) to get LIUNA locals to provide IRS Tax forms
to members requesting.
Local 1076 (Pontiac Michigan) forced to comply with request for its IRS Form 990, a report every LIUNA tax exempt entity must provide by federal regulation to anyone requesting who is willing to pay reasonable copying costs. 1076's attorney, like many other attorneys providing legal advice to labor unions, was unaware of this requirement despite his ethical duty to stay abreast of laws and regulations affecting his clients. Pointing out to union members that their union's legal counsel typically protects corrupt incumbent officers to the detriment of the members is not news in LIUNA where LIUNA attorneys can not recognize a conflict of interest if they tried. Local 2 attempts to extort money from Crimedawg-DOj and FBI monitoring while GEB attorney takes no action. More later |

Stuto Appeal in Local 79 Documents Attempt by Laborers for JUSTICE to make more members eligible to run for delegate and to shift the burden to the local to prove a member is not working for the calling . Members should be presumed innocent (working at the calling) and not guilty of not feeding the local's coffers with working dues. especially when the amounts are increased without ratification by the members -employees affected as required by LMRDA 101, a3.

IMPORTANT LIUNA Election Officer after lobbying by Laborers for JUSTICE adopts for LIUNA delegate elections the fair, reasonable standard the LIUNA IHO announced in his historic decision in The Matter of Local 2 (Wendell Hawkins). Unless a LIUNA local can prove positively that its records were noted with a suspension for nonpayment of dues and that notice was given to the member, the member is presumed to be in good standing. See Decision. See correspondence and probono briefs by Laborers for JUSTICE director Jim McGough |
| April 28, 2001 | Added IHO Order barring Bruno Caruso, Frank Caruso, and Leo Caruso from the Laborers Union for being members/associates of organized crime. Excellent history of how organized crime controls LIUNA. Check out the testimony of LIUNA VP Terrance Healy, mobster Angelo Fosco's son in law, who was too dumb ? to recognize that his assistant Bruno Caruso, John Matassa, Jr. etc were members/associates of organized crime. His testimony is incredible!! Will the GEB attorney or DOJ prosecute? Hell No. Not anymore than they will prosecute LeConche for Hobbes violations etc despite Manos' recording of his beating. Reform in the Laborers Union is a farce, a fraud, and a sham! Charged local 225 member Donato, driver for barred organized crime member John Galioto, is now an appointed delegate to Chicago's District Council as organized crime seeks to regain control. Mary Williams, star witness for Luskin against Galioto, doesn't receive notice of delegate nomination as reformers continue to get screwed. |
